They were there a couple hours later & we had AC back by about 8! Every other place we called couldn't come until some time the following day. Had a very competitive price and better financing than anyone else we called. They spent the day installing our unit and fixed some things they caught along the way. Him and his team were professional, considerate, and efficient in our home. Can’t say enough good things about them. Definitely will be our go to call from now on. Came back to update- our unit is perfect but we had horrible ducts. Had them come back out and redo our entire duct system and our house has never felt better. Truthfully, these guys are so incredibly professional, timely, courteous while also having the best prices after doing a bit of shopping for our HVAC needs. We are fairly new to the area and approximately six months ago our peak went out on one of our units. We initially asked a separate local ACT service to come in inspector unit to see what the issue was and we’re told that we needed an entirely new HVAC system (which we were sort of expecting) however we went with a second opinion with Breeze. They came out the same day and were able to service the unit and keep it running, which saved us easily $9000 or more. We then went with their maintenance plan because we were so pleased with them. Each time we’ve had to call them. We have spoken with the owner, who is always so courteous and pleasant. He is always understanding and listens to our concerns. We understand that they are so busy, especially during this time of year however, they have made time for us at our house. You have put my wife’s mind at ease, knowing that our HVAC unit is in good hands Should the time come we will absolutely go with Breeze  for all of our repair, servicing or replacement needs. 10/10 would recommend.
